The summer season of 1999 saw barnoldwick seconds crowned worthy champions of division two and more importantly regain there status back in division one. Team captain John Hall put the success purely down to hard work and a good playing squad. |

1999 saw Peter Pickup do for the thirds what Micheal Owen did for England in France 98. His dramatic impact from the seconds saw a side which faced finishing bottom ,ending the season mid table and with possible top 4 hopes for the 2000 summer season. |

SEASON FOR FIRST ELEVEN
The season of 1999 was a great disappointment for the towns premier side, Pakistani professional Raja failed to make any real impact throughout the season. At the end of the season it was decided a new pro would be appointed for 2000 to hopefully improve on this years mid table finish. |
