LANCASHIRE SPINNER DEPARTS !!!!!
17 Year old John Pickup a possible county bowler of the future has decided to leave the club to test out his ability in the Lancashire league. Local clubs Burnley and Nelson have chased his signature throughout the winter. He eventually committed his future to the clarets of Burnley. 

First team Captain Micheal Scothern was disappointed but remained upbeat, he explained there were players within the club ready to replace him.
